专利摘要:
In a device for applying designs to advancing webs, particularly textile and similar webs, in which the design liquid is present, prior to application to the web, in the form of a film extending over the web in the width direction an air nozzle in the form of a tube extending across the web close to the film, the tube supported for rotation and for movement back and forth across the web, the tube having a plurality air outlet openings distributed over its surface, and supplied compressed air feed line is used to irregularize the film.

(54) DEVICE FOR DRAWING PATTERNS ON TEXTILE
权利要求:
Claims (2)
[1]
MATERIAL cauldron perforated tube with segmented screen. A device for applying a pattern to a textile material contains a dye tank 2 installed above the textile material 1 positioning plane, a power paint roller 3 partially disposed in the tank 2, a slanted doctor blade 4 for transferring the dye from the paint roller 3 to the material 1 and air supply means in order to impart a non-uniformity to the film of dye transferred to material 1, which includes reinforced with its ends in housings 5 and 6 by means of bearings (not shown) blank pipe 7, located parallel to the doctor blade plate 4, a drive 8 for rotating the pipe and reciprocating its movement along its axis, which includes the engine 9, and a source of compressed air 10 connected by means of a hose 11 to the pipe 7. On the surface of the pipe 7, the holes 12 are distributed evenly or in the form of a pattern. The pipe 7 can be positioned both above the doctor blade 4 and below its lower edge 13. In case of a pipe 7 located below the plate 4, the device is provided with a vertically positioned screen 14 with a groove 15 m to collect the dye falling on the screen 14, and the pipe 7 and the screen 14 are located on opposite sides of a vertical plane passing through the lower edge 13 of the doctor blade 4. The proposed device is designed in such a way that the container 2 with the roller 3, the plate 4 and The coarse 7 can be rearranged and fixed at different distances in the vertical plane relative to the material 1. In addition, the tube 7 can be rearranged relative to the plane of the dye film 16. To reduce the air flow rate on the pipe 7, a segmented screen 17 is located. The device operates as follows. When the roller 3 rotates, the dye, captured by the surface of the latter, is transferred to the surface of the squeegee plate 4, spreading along it in the form of a film 16 that is homogeneous across the material width. The film 16 is formed by inhomogeneity of the film 16 by means of air jets 18 emerging from holes 12 of the tube 7, as a result of which the dye film 16 is sometimes displaced and accumulates in separate areas in the form of sagging so that the initial uniform film 16 becomes a non-uniform dye layer 19, which along the bottom of the plate 4 and from its bottom edge 13, hits the moving material 1, forming a heterogeneous pattern on its surface 20. By means of a proper selection of the movements of the pipe 7 in the direction of its rotation and reciprocating movement along its axis by means of the actuator 8, the distance pipes 7 above plate 4, air pressure. in the pipe 7 and the location and size of the holes 12, it is possible to influence the pattern of the pattern 20 as desired. The height of the free fall of the dye has a significant effect on the pattern of the pattern 20. For this reason, as indicated earlier, the doctor blade 4, together with the roller 3 and the container 2, can be rearranged in the vertical direction. Thus, when the edge 13 of the plate 4 is located directly above the material 1, a pattern 20 is obtained on the latter, which has clearly demarcated floors with calm contours, and when the blade 4 is positioned at a considerable distance from the material 1, a clear distinction between the pattern fields blurs The liquid at the scientific research institute as it gets closer to material 1 becomes more and more heterogeneous. With the device according to the second embodiment, at the moment of separation from the edge 13 of the plate 4, the dye film 16 is still uniform. It will be uneven only under the influence of air jets 18 during its fall. In this case, the dye that has been punctured in the chute 15 of the screen 14 and which could not get to the surface of the materials 1 as a result of the action of air jets 18 can be returned to the tank through the channel 21.
